We had been putting off an overdue roof replacement because we had not met a roofing company we could trust and the process seemed overwhelming. Luckily with a trusted referral to Accent Roofing Service we met Adam C. and we felt like we were in good hands and it was time to make the leap. Adam provided superb service from equipping us with all the information, taking time to help us make the right decisions, and making multiple trips to accommodate our schedule. He was always steps ahead and ready to make sure the process would go without a hitch from the very first consultation to inspections to insurance adjuster process and all the way through job completion follow up. Jessica was very quick to get us ready for the project by arranging all the needed steps leading up to the install. Our Project manager, Josue, made sure the day of service went super smooth and was very precise in providing specific details all throughout the installation process. From precautions made to protect the house, the actual installation and completing the project with a beautiful new roof (all in a day) with his wonderful crew, he was meticulous in making sure everything was taken care of. What truly sets apart Accent Roofing team is that they are very proud of the products and the service they provide!

Choosing this company for my roofing needs was the best decision I could have ever made! I contacted them and Tony came out the next day to check it. He informed me what to do and he was spot on. He was also present when the insurance company sent their inspector for support. We were able to get the total roof replaced. Jess was a ray of sunshine and it was a pleasure meeting her. She is so nice and respectful. But, Osman and his crew, these were some amazing guys. They arrived on time and completed the job in quick and efficient manner. Osman kept me informed and the crew was totally amazing. If you have roofing issues this is the company to call. I don't do reviews much but I had to share my positive thoughts on this project.

Accent Roofing is an outstanding company to do business with. I cannot say enough good things about them. When we decided to reroof our home, I researched roofing companies in the greater Atlanta area and found Accent’s impressive and sizable 5-star review count by satisfied customers around here and gave them a call. Every single person we engaged with at Accent (whether the phone crew in the office, Maurice who came out to the house to give us the quote, Jessica who came out to the house at one point to document the state of the outside of the house before the project began for Accent’s protection and ours, even the man who dropped off the dumpster bin in the driveway the night before the crew showed up) was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and a genuine pleasure to talk with. The professionalism of this company is beyond compare. Our job site manager, Josue, was incredible. At the end of the day, they cleaned up everything, and I mean everything. There was literally nothing for us to do when the project day was over but enjoy our new roof. You would never know they had been here if it wasn’t for the beautiful new roof over our heads. If you are in need of a new roof or a roof repair, these folks are the very ones you want to call.

From start to finish Accent was FIRST CLASS. Matt Mitchell was thorough with shingle samples, product warranty and explaining the installation timeline. The communication prior to the work with Jessica was consistent and timely. On the day of installation the crew was prompt and began work immediately. Alex Carrillo sent me photos of the process throughout the day as well as text messages to keep me informed. After the completion of the new roof, the crew did a fabulous job cleaning my yards, attic, driveway and walkways. Alex took final aerial photos and provided me with a walkthrough to make sure my wife and I were please with the completed project. I would recommend ACCENT ROOFING to everyone.
