The work performed was not only outstanding but the customer service was incredible. Jennifer was awesome from the very beginning. She not only got our roof tarped to protect from further damage but assisted in every step. She helped us deal with our insurance company and applying with FEMA for assistance. She was there the day the appraiser came out to ensure everything was documented properly. I couldn’t be happier with the personalized customer service I received. The crew that showed up the day of build was incredible from start to finish. In one day they took my damaged roof to a spectacular finished product. My neighbors even commented on how quick, professional and the attention to detail of the crew. We could not be happier and highly recommend Jennifer and the A&S team.
