Certified Quality Roofing

I live in Saint Petersburg, FL and I got a new metal roof, all new fascia around the house, and all new soffits under the roof overhang. There was a slight communication issue at first and the workers only knew about the roof and not the fascia and the soffits but I called Certified Quality Roofing and they apologized and fixed their mistake immediately. One of the workers accidentally broke our patio glass table and they immediately went to Home Depot and bought us a new one. Mistakes happen all the time with projects but how Certified Quality Roofing owned their mistake and fixed their mistake so quickly was a great experience. Because of the small issues I had they even repainted all the fascia for me for free which would have taken me a few hours to do myself. They even cleaned all the siding of my house after the project was done to ensure all the dirt handprints were no longer seen. I give this company a 5/5 because although the process wasn't perfect, they always answered my call and fixed/addressed any mistake or concern that I had immediately. This was a great company to work with and will always choose Certified Quality Roofing for my roofing needs.

I found Certified Quality Roofing by way of a Roofing Estimator Site after looking at a couple of familiar big name companies. Almmy from Certified was the first to respond and sent Roofing Specialist Pedro Souza to inspect my roof from above and in the attic. Pedro quoted me a fair price for a shingle roof and new rain gutters that was right in the mid-range and showed great attention to detail. Pedro fielded several more calls from me and addressed all questions and concerns. Additionally, Pedro, Jordan and Almmy from the office and scheduling department were patient with scheduling due to my HOA holding up the process. The roof was completed in a day and a half. The rain gutters took half a day. Both look great and I appreciated their professional manner during the whole process. The work crews, roof and rain gutters, were great and respectful of my property. Good clean-up.

Sam and Scott were very knowledgeable and helpful. They were more professional than the other companies that I asked for estimates. The communication was excellent and they always showed up on time. They educated about my roof and provided me with options and pricing before I made my final decision. The work was flawless and the workers cleaned up my yard perfectly when they were done with the installation. I would highly recommend this company for fixing or replacing your roof!

If you are being inundated with emails, facebook & TV ads for roofers, your are not alone. I was too. I met with some and felt like I was talking to a used car saleman. Looking for companies with good reviews and come upon Certified Quality Roofing in Tampa. Called and set up an appointment and was shocked to find a real person. Scott sat with us for a couple of hours and answered all of our questions and concerns. The roof was completed in one day. Great crew! After they left we walked around the house and not one nail or staple or shingle piece did we find. If you are still undecided, please call Certified Quality Roofing. You won't be sorry! My experience with Certified Quality Roofing was great. Starting with my salesmen, Pedro, who stayed in touch from start to finish. During the removal of the old roof there was a supervisor on site the entire time. Traps were put in place to cover and protect my property. Clean up was excellent. My roof was replaced in two working days. The professional and pleasant attitude of everyone made my roof replacement a good experiment.
