Highly professional roofing service! Had a roof leak. Dmitry quickly identified that the leak is due to pipe boot nails damaged sealant. Pipe boot was replaced with the new one that has hidden screws. To prevent the same issue with weary sealant due to time (13 yo roof) Dmitry recommended to maintain all other pipe points on the roof and replace nails with sealed screws. The job was done within an hour or so. No issues so far after a week. Will work with DOM Roofing and Restoration for every roof related issue in the future.

Our house was hit by the recent storm and we noticed a leak in our ceiling.

We called another contractor BEFORE calling Dom Roofing to look at the damage and they quoted us $3k - mind you this was just to replace and fix the roof itself. Not knowing how much this usually costs, we almost agreed to this deal without getting a second opinion.

After seeing all of their 5 star reviews online, I decided to get an estimate from Dom Roofing.

Pricing:
To start, Dom's team quoted LESS than $3k, and included services above and beyond what we expected. This included a full ceiling interior painting, gutter fixes + cleaning, wood rot damage removal and replacement, consultation + renovation on improving the pipe and drip system, all on top of the initial roof / chimney leak itself.

Transparency:
Dmitry also mentioned that his team would be able to fix our fence for a set price. He made sure to stick to his word and do the repair for $600. Everything that is quoted on the contract or explicitly said is exactly how much you will pay unless specified otherwise from Dmitry or the company. This is a very honest business.

Overall Satisfaction:
