It was such a pleasure to work with Northpoint. They are friendly, communicative, and responsive. I had been battling with my insurance company for the last two years and Northpoint stuck with me throughout it. They were great in walking me through the process and also sent me houses in my area, and near my job, with the same shingle color I was considering to get a good idea of what it may look like on my own house. The roofers were prompt and finished early! They did a great job with the cleanup afterwards - even put my pumpkins back out :) My project manager, Rafael, was very friendly and sent progress pictures throughout the day. He also gave me a window to walk my dog! I am beyond excited about my new roof!! My neighbor called immediately to compliment it!

It is rare that every person you deal with in a company is 💯 % professional and courteous AND does a beautiful job! If you need a new roof, this is your co. They even dealt with our insurance co. so everything was so easy! And the roof looks fabulous! And they were done in ONE DAY! The best! Thank you Paul and Rafiel for making this a great experience! Throughout the entire process, Northpoint roofing was professional and extremely thorough. They started with drone photos and then a phone call to follow up, based on what they saw through that report. They worked with our insurance company, came out to meet the adjuster, and communicated well throughout the process. When we chose them to re-roof our home and fix some gutters, they maintained their professionalism. On install day, they were timely in their arrival, covered all areas to prevent damage, and did a wonderful job with cleanup. Someone was on site supervising and communicating all day. We are recommending them to our neighbors and friends, and would definitely use them again!

Replacing a storm damaged roof can be an upsetting experience. Thanks to Northpoint, this was an enjoyable experience. Every employee from Stephane through the crew doing the installation treated me like family. The office staff that called to check up was terrific support.
