Reset Roofing

Great experience overall!
We had a few quotes from other roofing company’s and I really like how Dan wasn’t overly pushy, he told me I could do whatever I wanted, the price was reasonable and they were quick! We have a really old and sketchy house so we were expecting some repairs. They didn’t overcharge and add in a bunch of unnecessary work and fixed what needed to be fixed.
They were great with communicating with us and they sent us a box of truffles as a thank you! These are before and after pictures. We think it looks great!

Reset Roofing staff were phenomenal! Starting with Malia who gave us initial estimates and reassured us and answered every question, to Felipe and Marlon who finished the job! Chrissy and James were wonderful and in fact every member of the team I happened to interact with was friendly, knowledgable and kind. Felipe may get the gold medal though - he heard my mom is soon to turn 100 years old and surprised her with an unexpected birthday gift of flowers, a card, chocolates and a jigsaw puzzle!!
This is the second time I have seen reset roofing staff in action and I would HIGHLY recommend them! THANK YOU!!! My mom's house and my house feel more secure!

Phenomenal experience - start to finish. I had an appraisal within 24 hours where they went on the roof and into the attic with drone video of the problem areas. Once I accepted the proposal the repair was made within 48 hours. Follow up was quick and thorough and included pictures of each repair.

The best part is Reset had the lowest price as well. I would highly recommend Reset Recruiting to anyone!!

We were given a referral for Reset Roofing through a friend. Comparing them to other companies that quoted us, here is why we chose them:

1. Reset’s roof consultant, Malia, was amazing. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She was the only person who actually got on our roof to take manual measurements, as opposed to other companies that used satellite imagery or a drone. Malia had samples, insurance information, etc all on hand in a professional packet. There was absolutely NO pressure to pick them, which we appreciated.
2. Reset worked with us budget-wise to tailor to our needs, and offered things that others couldn’t: rotted siding replacement and painting to match our house color. They were not the cheapest, but competitive, and their work was 100% worth the additional cost.
3. Their team of roofers are W2 employees and not contracted workers, and their project manager oversaw the work the entire day. Pictures were provided as updates throughout the day, and all work was completed in one day.

We were extremely happy with Reset Roofing and will absolutely use them again if needed.

Listen, there is no other roofing company in all of greater metro Atlanta that you should be working with than Reset Roofing. I have now used them more than once, and the work done was beyond exceptional. The courtesy, professionalism, timing, and pricing is unmatched in this particular industry (and I have worked with a few other roofing companies before this one). My most recent issue was handled so quickly and done so thoroughly, that I am super grateful I found and use this company for any of my roofing concerns. Both times, Malia was the one who handled my issues and I couldn't be more pleased. Both times she was super professional, polite and generous, over informative, and just a pure delight to work with.
