From start to finish The Roof Clinic did an amazing job on my detached garage roof. They removed the old metal one and replaced it with a stunning dark grey shingled option that complimented our silver exterior paint. Eric and Tomeka are very professional, courteous and friendly. Tomeka was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to help my brother with his roofing needs. From the first call to the final steps of the process, she was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was handled right. My roof was damaged during a storm in February of this year. When I started to experience a leak in the house, I began to look for a roofer. I tried SEVERAL well-known & highly publicized roofing companies and they all ignored my calls or scheduled my appointment but didn't show up. Finally a friend referred me to Eric Thomas at The Roof Clinic. I called and received an inspection appointment immediately. My experience with The Roof Clinic was exceptional.

When Eric came to inspect my property, Georgia was in the middle of a Covid lockdown and I was pleased that he followed CDC protocols and the entire process was contactless. After inspecting my roof, Eric gave me a call while still outside to give me a summary. He followed up with a detailed estimate and guidance on working with my insurance company.

After filing my claim with my insurance company, I had to wait nearly a month for my mortgage company to release the insurance check (the mortgage company had to endorse the check). During this time, I kept Eric in the loop and he was very understanding. In fact, he even offered financing options while I waited for my insurance check.

When I finally received the insurance funds, I called The Roof Clinic to schedule my appointment. The area was scheduled to receive rain almost everyday that week so there was a slight delay getting me on the books but that was understandable.

My roof installation was scheduled for 8am on 8/21/20. That morning, Eric was sitting in his truck outside my house a little after 7am awaiting delivery of the supplies. The team arrived by 7:30am. The supplies were delivered by 7:45am and by 8am they were actually ripping the existing shingles off my roof. By 8:45am they were done stripping the roof. Around 1pm Eric returned to inspect the work that had been done. By 1:30pm, I had a brand new roof and the crew was gone.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with The Roof Clinic. Eric was courteous, informative, and very responsive. The work crew was on time, worked quickly, and delivered an excellent finished product. In addition, the price was more than fair! I highly recommend The Roof Clinic for all your roofing needs. I am so very grateful for The Roof Clinic and Eric Thomas. Excellent services, timeliness, and helpful communication -- and above all, superb customer service. We engaged The Roof Clinic to replace our roof in 2019 and it has served us well! After noticing a leak this week, Eric performed a follow-up inspection (4 years after my initial installation) and identified issues that were caused by excessive leaf accumulation on the roof. Eric's professionalism and kindness once again exceeds our pre-existing high expectations. I can't say enough great things about this company and it's people. I will never consider any other roofing company. Thanks!!
